Youth Mental Health Peer Training

Before engaging in FMHP activities, all members must complete the FMHP Youth Mental Health Peer Training Course. This training is designed for students to learn about mental health and how to support their peers. By the end of this training, members will understand basic mental health concepts, active listening, confidentiality, ethics, and peer support.
